Conveyancer / Residential Property Fee Earner (Flexible / Remote Options Available)

Salary up to £45,000 + Benefits

An ambitious and growing legal practice is seeking an experienced Conveyancer / Residential Property Fee Earner to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive firm that is actively scaling and investing in its property offering.

The Role

You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Sales and purchases


• Freehold and leasehold transactions


• Transfer of equity work


• End-to-end file management with autonomy

This is a hands-on, transactional role suited to someone who is confident running their own pipeline and delivering high-quality client service.

About You

The firm is open to a range of experience levels, including:

• Qualified conveyancers / solicitors


• Experienced non-qualified fee earners (6+ years’ experience)


• Paralegals / conveyancing assistants with strong transactional exposure

You will ideally:

• Have solid experience handling residential conveyancing transactions


• Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision


• Demonstrate a proactive and hardworking attitude


• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Working Arrangement

• Flexible working hours available


• Hybrid working: ideally 1 day per week in the office


• Fully remote considered for the right candidate


• Travel support available (including accommodation where needed)

Part-time applicants will also be considered.
