Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sales growth through strategic communication and analysis. The successful candidate will play a vital part in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Follow up inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and events.
- Contact prospective customers by phone, email, and online meetings.
- Qualify leads and identify customer training requirements.
- Promote our CAD training courses and related services.
- Generate new CAD Training opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Prepare quotations and follow\-up proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking to customers on the phone.
- Positive, self\-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Good organisational and time\-management skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Previous sales, telesales, or business development experience is essential.
- Interest in technology, software, or training services is desirable.
