Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Internal
Sales Executive to join our team and help drive the business forward.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales\-focused individual to develop new
business, nurture existing customer relationships, and contribute to the continued
growth of the company. Working closely with our operations team, you will be
responsible for ensuring customers receive outstanding service while maximising
sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business opportunities and grow sales revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and bookings efficiently.
Follow up on sales leads and convert enquiries into orders.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross\-sell additional services.
Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
About You
Previous sales experience is essential.
Experience within the hire industry, powered access, plant hire, tool hire, or
construction sector would be highly advantageous.
Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
Confident, self\-motivated, and target\-driven.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple customer requirements in a fast\-paced
environment.
A professional and positive attitude with a strong customer focus.
