Inside Sales Executive

Bayleaf FM is looking for an ambitious, organised and articulate Inside Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. This office\-based, full\-time permanent role offers a salary of £31,000–£33,000 and a clear opportunity to grow within a structured sales career path.

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.


• Confidence speaking with customers by phone, email and in person.


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.


• Self\-motivated, professional and resilient under pressure.


• Technically competent with CRM systems and general office technology.


• Customer\-facing, retail, hospitality or telesales experience is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and qualify prospective customers.


• Carry out outbound prospecting, including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.


• Book qualified appointments for Business Development Managers.


• Maintain accurate records and opportunities in the CRM system.


• Support proposal production and coordinate internal follow\-up.


• Arrange meetings and site surveys.


• Help ensure opportunities progress smoothly through the sales pipeline.


• Support mobilisation activity following contract award.
