Brand Content Executive

Bayleaf FM is looking for a creative, organised and proactive Brand Content Executive to join our Marketing team. This full\-time role is based in our London office and offers a salary of £31,000–£33,000.

What we’re looking for

• Strong written English and confident storytelling ability.


• Some experience with social media, content creation or communications.


• A genuine interest in how brand and marketing support business growth.


• Organised and self\-directed, with the ability to own deadlines and follow up with others.


• Comfortable speaking to people and gathering information from across the business.


• Willing to learn new tools and systems.


• Basic design or video briefing skills would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the content calendar across website, LinkedIn and internal channels.


• Produce case studies, articles and supporting brand content.


• Manage the Bayleaf FM LinkedIn company page and support leadership content.


• Create content for proposals, tenders, brochures and other marketing materials.


• Maintain the evidence bank with testimonials, accreditations, performance data and people stories.


• Support awards submissions and internal communications.


• Assist with client communications and monthly brand performance reporting.


• Work with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, consistent and commercially effective.
