We're recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a thriving food service business based in North Baddesley, Winchester. If you enjoy building customer relationships, spotting sales opportunities & being part of a business that's growing rapidly, this could be the perfect next step.

- Managing & developing existing customer accounts
- Proactively contacting customers to generate repeat business & upsell seasonal products
- Building strong relationships through excellent customer service
- Handling enquiries, resolving issues & turning challenges into opportunities
- Liaising with warehouse & transport teams to keep customers updated
- Speaking with suppliers regarding deliveries & order changes
- Working towards team sales targets with support from the Head of Sales
- Maintaining accurate CRM records & sales activity
- Previous experience in internal sales, outbound sales or a customer-facing sales role
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- A proactive, target-driven approach
- Strong organisation & attention to detail
- Confidence using CRM systems & Microsoft Office
- A background in foodservice, hospitality or FMCG would be advantageous
- A full UK driving licence & your own transport, as you'll work between the North Baddesley & Southampton sites
