Intern - Marketing Communications

At Youwe, we help ambitious brands accelerate digital growth through creativity, data, and technology. As a Marketing Communication Intern, you’ll gain hands\-on experience in digital marketing while working closely with multiple teams across the organization.

This internship gives you the opportunity to join a fast\-growing digital agency, contribute to real marketing activities, and support both external and internal communication initiatives that drive engagement and brand growth.

You’ll collaborate with teams such as HR, Recruitment, Operations, and Design, and play an active role in shaping how we communicate internally and externally.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to support marketing strategies and content creation


• Create and curate engaging content for websites, social media, and email campaigns


• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels


• Write and manage blog articles for our website


• Own and manage monthly internal newsletters and internal communication campaigns


• Contribute ideas to improve internal communication and employee engagement


• Support the creation of visual content for marketing campaigns


• Monitor performance of campaigns and suggest improvements based on insights


• Collaborate with different departments to align messaging and communication

Must\-haves:

• Available for a 5\-month internship (32–40 hours per week), starting September 2026


• Strong writing skills, especially for blog and web content


• Experience with or strong interest in social media management (content creation, scheduling, performance tracking)


• Strong desire to improve internal communication and employee engagement


• Keen eye for detail and visual content


• Proactive, driven, and able to take ownership


• Quick learner with a hands\-on mentality


• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Experience with content creation tools or social media platforms


• Basic design skills or experience supporting visual campaigns


• Interest in internal communication or employer branding


• Experience working in team\-based projects
