We are looking for a motivated Intern in Investment Management \& M\&A to support our team for 4–6 months, preferably starting before July.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Support experienced Investment Managers in the day\-to\-day activities to assist in the financial evaluation and execution of M\&A opportunities (sell\- and buyside) and own developments for technologies such as wind, BESS as well as conventional generation


• (Support to) create project\-specific financial assessments (discounted cash flow) based on financial models in Excel for both M\&A opportunities and own development pipeline


• Research, analyze and present valuation results, market data, and transaction information with help of AI tools to support the decision makers


• Support in every stage of an M\&A process, both buy and sell\-side: transaction management, marketing materials, offer preparation, due diligence, decision papers, pre\- and post\-closing activities

Qualifications
------------------

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field


• Previous experience in valuation, M\&A, consulting, controlling through internships or similar is advantageous


• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint


• Good command of the German and English languages


• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mentality.
