This job is designed for someone who is excited to get into the world of insurance and claims management.
You will learn and understand insurance and become an expert in the claims handling process.

You will be responsible for assessing insurance claims, making settlement calculations and communicating with the customer and working alongside technical specialists and industry experts.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious, growing business at a time that allows the candidate to position themselves as a pivotal member of the claims team. Main Responsibilities
- Handling a range of Accident \& Health (A\&H) claims to a high level of accuracy, minimising errors. This includes, but is not limited to, Travel, Personal Accident, Income protection and Hospital Cash Plans.
- Scanning incoming post
- Updating the claims database
- Validating insurance cover
- Answering incoming calls
- Addressing simple queries
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Maintaining customer satisfaction KPI's
- Support the Management Team in whatever capacity required

- GCSEs or similar in Maths and English (essential)
