Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Social Media Host specialising in WhatNot and TikTok Live to join our team. This role involves selling physical products to our audience on tiktok live and whatnot platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging viewers, showcasing products, and driving sales through live broadcasts. A good understanding of social media management is essential to this position, as well as the ability to build positive relationships with followers and potential customers.

Duties

• Host live sessions on WhatNot and TikTok, presenting products in an engaging and professional manner


• Interact with viewers in real\-time, answering questions and encouraging participation to foster a lively community atmosphere


• Have a lively personality to drive sales and engage people to remain on the stream.


• Be resilient in times when the streams are slow, work through dry periods to drive relationship and sales


• Collaborate with marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and special live events


• Monitor social media analytics to assess the effectiveness of broadcasts and adjust strategies accordingly


• Uphold brand reputation through positive public relations practices during all live interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly with TikTok and WhatNot platforms


• Great communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally


• Strong organisational skills to coordinate live sessions effectively


• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas that appeal to diverse audiences


• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team\-oriented approach


• Familiarity with live streaming to track performance and overall goal


• Previous experience hosting live broadcasts or similar roles is desirable but not essential

Pay: £12\.00\-£15\.00 per hour
