About the Role We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Insurance & Media Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy sales role focused on selling insurance and media products to tenants who are moving into rental properties. You’ll be speaking with customers at a key point in their rental journey, identifying their needs and helping them secure the right products and services to support their move.
This role is perfect for someone who is hungry to earn, confident on the phone, target-driven and motivated by uncapped commission. If you thrive in a sales environment, enjoy building rapport quickly and know how to close, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing • Speaking with tenants who are moving into rental properties and introducing relevant insurance and media products
- Converting warm opportunities into sales through strong questioning, objection handling and closing skills
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and packages
- Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets, conversion rates and KPI measures
- Delivering a great customer experience while maintaining a strong commercial focus
- Keeping accurate records of conversations, outcomes and sales activity on internal systems
- Working closely with wider teams across property, legal and compliance to support the customer journey
- Building product knowledge to confidently position and sell multiple solutions
- A hungry salesperson with a strong desire to earn and succeed
- Target-driven, resilient and motivated by performance
- Confident speaking to customers over the phone and building rapport quickly
- Commercially aware with the ability to spot opportunities and maximise conversions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-led environment
- Positive, proactive and able to handle objections confidently
- Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage follow-up activity effectively
- Experience selling insurance, utilities, media packages, property-related services or other add-on products would be highly advantageous
- Proven track record of working to and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good IT skills and confidence using CRM / internal systems
