About the role:

Evergreen Power UK Ltd are a leading Solar PV and Battery storage company based in South Croydon, with Installations taking place Nationally.

Due to unprecedented demand for renewable energy products our Solar PV division is looking to recruit an Installations Manager to oversee existing operations.

Installations Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

Previous experience Solar installations, Electrical, Roofing, scaffolding and experience in an installations department dealing with crews ,trades people, fleet management and customers will be essential to applying for this role. The successful applicant must demonstrate excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage team members, their Head of each Departments with multiple tasks. Display excellent interpersonal skills; communicates clearly, confidently \& effectively with their various teams and clients.

Duties

• Co ordinate the department to run smoothly by assisting each team leader to achieve their objectives.


• overseeing Management of Scheduledthe Installation.


• Creating , managing, implementing the installations diary


• Putting in place everything in advance that is required to execute the installs


• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, of crews, vehicle management.


• Recruiting installers as necessary liaising with crew chiefs on staff availability


• Coordinate with Sales departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, for fast seamless installations.


• Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management review.


• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.


• BEING POINT OF CALL BETWEEN STAFF AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT.

Skills

• Must understand a quality installation from a poor one.


• Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.


• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate others.


• Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities.


• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.


• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.


• Knowledge of industry best practices in operations management is advantageous.

Overseeing and follow up incoming telephone calls and emails in a positive and professional manner. Liaising with installation teams, customers and suppliers, progressing orders, resolving queries and day to day organisation of the installers. Constantly updating the system with data received from our customers and sales team, checking and processing orders, invoicing and all associated administration.

You must have an eye for detail ,be able to issue job sheets and liaise with fitting teams all over the country so a good understanding of post codes and national distribution is very beneficial.

We are a can do team in a fast paced environment, days fly by, are fun and action packed. Branch performance bonuses for hitting targets. You will be required to be on call from 6am to 6pm, with Office hours from 9am to 5,30pm
