Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with one of the UK's leading suppliers of mobility equipment? Ashley Anderson Ltd, part of Kingswood Mobility Group, is seeking dynamic Installation Engineers/ Van Drivers to be a part of our dedicated team.

Job Description:
As an Installation Engineer/ Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering, installing and servicing Willowbrook Mobility Direct and The Recliner Factory furniture products. Join us in providing top\-notch customer service and be a key player in maintaining our position as an industry leader.

OTE: £35,000 \- £40,000

Main Job Specifications of Installation Engineer / Van Driver position :

  • Drive a company van, adhering to legal requirements and company procedures.

  • Efficiently install adjustable beds, recliner chairs and bathlifts.

  • Collect payment on delivery and promote/up\-sell company products.

  • Carry out remedial work at customer’s homes and conduct monthly van stock take.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in furniture product delivery is an advantage.

  • Willingness to work early starts, late evenings, with overnight stays every 7/8 weeks.

  • Adaptable, flexible and an effective team player.

  • Passionate and self\-motivated.

Hours Available:
  • Full\-time position with varied start and finish times based on delivery locations.

  • 40h/week minimum contracted hours with an average of 55h/week.

  • Full Clean Driving Licence

Salary:
  • £13\.52 per hour during probation, £14\.56 per hour post\-probation.

  • After probation is passed, an enhanced hourly rate will apply while working with Agency temporary workers or employees on probation

  • Bonus scheme for upselling and Trust\-Pilot reviews
