Installation Engineer
Location: Altham, Lancashire (with travel as required)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm \| Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Installation Engineer to join our expanding team. This is a hands\-on role suited to a motivated individual with strong mechanical and electrical skills, excellent problem\-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high\-quality workmanship.

The successful candidate will be required to work on and off site (when working off\-site, this will be in the North West of England) installing a variety of vehicle adaptations including seating solutions, driving controls and stowage devices.
Key Responsibilities
o Install a wide range of mechanical and electrical vehicle adaptations both in our workshop and at customer locations.
o Manufacture and fit bespoke solutions to enhance customer independence.
o Diagnose and repair faults on mobility equipment and vehicle adaptations.
o Demonstrate completed adaptations to customers and provide guidance on their use.
o Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be organised, self\-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Possess experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Have a good working knowledge of workshop equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Understand and adhere to health and safety requirements.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
