About the Role

For our client, we are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer HVAC with a strong technical background and a passion for customer\-oriented solutions.

In this role, you will act as the technical point of contact for customers, installers, engineering firms and internal sales colleagues. You will support the sales process by providing technical advice, preparing quotations and helping customers identify the most suitable HVAC solutions.

You will join a dynamic and innovative organization active in the HVAC sector, where technical expertise, customer focus and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support to customers, installers and engineering firms regarding HVAC solutions.


• Prepare and follow up technical quotations and calculations.


• Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.


• Collaborate closely with the external sales team to ensure excellent customer service.


• Act as a technical specialist for the company's HVAC product portfolio.


• Support customers throughout the sales process and answer technical inquiries.


• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.


• Stay informed about market developments, products and industry trends.

Requirements

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, HVAC, Climate Control Engineering or a related technical field.


• Alternatively, you have relevant experience in a technical environment with a strong affinity for HVAC systems.


• You have experience in a technical sales, internal sales, application engineering or customer support role.


• You possess strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.


• You are customer\-focused and enjoy translating technical requirements into practical solutions.


• You are a team player with excellent communication skills.


• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and/or English.
