What You Will Do
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard European TikTok creators/KOLs aligned with PLAUD product positioning
- Manage full creator BD cycle: outreach negotiation sampling content briefing performance tracking
- Maintain creator CRM database; track GMV, views, engagement, and ROI per creator partnership
- Coordinate cross\-functionally with ops, logistics, and marketing teams for timely product sampling and campaign execution
- Analyse creator performance data and provide weekly reporting to TikTok lead; iterate BD strategy accordingly
Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for
- 1\-3 years of BD, influencer marketing, or creator partnership experience (TikTok/YouTube/Instagram preferred)
- Proven track record of cold outreach and relationship management with content creators or media partners
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); able to draft compelling creator pitch emails independently
- Data\-driven mindset: comfortable with Excel/Sheets for performance reporting and creator pipeline management
- Self\-starter with high accountability; experience in fast\-paced e\-commerce or cross\-border trade environment preferred
