Location: Midlands – Nationwide Site Work
Salary: £50,000–£56,000 Basic \+ Overtime
OTE: £60,000–£70,000\+

Experienced Resin Flooring SIupervisor / Lead Installer Wanted
Due to continued growth and a strong order book, we are looking to recruit an experienced Industrial Resin Flooring Site Supervisor / Lead Installer.
This is a hands\-on supervisory position.
You'll still be involved in installing resin flooring, but you'll also take responsibility for running a small installation team and making sure each project is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
We're looking for someone who knows resin flooring properly and is comfortable taking responsibility for a job from preparation through to final finish.
Pay \& Overtime
£50,000–£56,000 basic salary, depending on experience and level of responsibility.
Plus:
- Overtime paid at 1\.5x
- Double time Sundays and Bank Holidays
- Typical earnings £60,000–£70,000\+

You'll take day\-to\-day responsibility for industrial resin flooring installations and a small site team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and organising installation teams
- Setting up and running jobs
- Checking substrates and preparation
- Installing PU screeds, epoxy and flowable resin systems
- Mechanical surface preparation
- Concrete and joint repairs
- Organising materials, equipment and labour
- Ensuring correct mixing and application procedures
- Maintaining quality standards
- Monitoring productivity and programme
- Completing site paperwork and quality checks
- Managing health \& safety on site
- Liaising with project managers, clients and other contractors
- Training and supporting less experienced installers
You must have strong hands\-on industrial resin flooring experience.
Ideally, you'll already be working as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Lead Installer.
However, you don't need to already have "Supervisor" in your job title.
If you're an experienced resin floor layer who regularly takes the lead, organises other installers and gets trusted to run jobs, we'd still like to hear from you.
You'll need:
- Strong experience with industrial resin flooring
- Experience with PU screeds and epoxy systems
- Excellent understanding of surface preparation
- Ability to lead a small team
- High standard of workmanship
- Ability to problem\-solve on site
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and work away when required
Don't have SSSTS/SMSTS? If you're the right person with strong resin flooring experience, we're prepared to invest in the necessary training.
