Experienced Resin Floor Layers Wanted

Due to continued growth and a strong order book, we are looking to employ several experienced Industrial Resin Floor Layers to join our installation teams.

This is a permanent, well\-paid position for experienced installers who know the trade and take pride in producing a high\-quality finish.

We're looking for people with genuine hands\-on experience installing industrial resin flooring systems including PU screeds, epoxy coatings and flowable resin systems.

Pay \& Overtime

£48,000–£52,000 basic salary, depending on experience.

Plus:

• Overtime paid at 1\.5x


• Double time Sundays and Bank Holidays


• Typical earnings £58,000–£65,000\+


• Performance/project bonuses


• Company vehicle or travel allowance depending on role

The Work

You'll be carrying out industrial and commercial resin flooring installations across a range of sites.

Your work will include:

• PU screeds


• Epoxy coatings


• Flowable/self\-levelling resin systems


• Priming and sealing


• Mechanical surface preparation


• Grinding and preparation


• Concrete repairs


• Joint repairs


• Mixing and application of resin systems


• Finishing and detailing

We are looking for experienced installers who understand that good preparation is just as important as the finished floor.

What We're Looking For

You must have previous hands\-on experience installing industrial resin flooring systems.

You should also have:

• Good knowledge of surface preparation


• Experience mixing and applying resin systems


• Experience with PU and epoxy products


• High standard of workmanship


• Ability to work as part of a team


• Good attitude towards health \& safety


• Full UK driving licence


• Willingness to travel to sites


• Flexibility for occasional overtime/weekend work

A CSCS card is preferred, although we can help the right experienced candidate obtain the necessary qualifications.

Want to Progress?

If you're an experienced resin floor layer who already takes the lead on jobs, there will be opportunities to progress into a Lead Installer / Site Supervisor position earning £50,000–£56,000 basic plus overtime and bonuses.

We can also provide additional training, including supervisory and health \& safety qualifications.
