Duties

• Qualifications


• Proven experience in customer service, or business development roles.


• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision\-making processes.


• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.


• Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant applications.


• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.


• Good time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.


• Ability to work indoors in a professional environment with a focus on client engagement and relationship building.
