Income Manager
Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in income management, reconciliations and financial controls?
We’re looking for a confident and detail\-focused Income Manager to join Inspired Villages. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of our income processes, ensuring revenue is correctly processed, accurately recorded and effectively managed across the business.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Financial Operations, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of income control, management and reporting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring village procedures are followed for all income and receipts.
- Making sure income is processed and recorded accurately.
- Completing control account reconciliations.
- Taking responsibility for card machines across the business.
- Issuing resident invoices and statements when required.
- Managing the collection of Direct Debits.
- Ensuring the accuracy of food and beverage charges processed through EPOS.
- Ensuring utility recharges are processed correctly through Mabdeck.
- Responding to resident queries and providing clear explanations of charges.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement best practice.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong knowledge and experience of income management, gained in a managerial, team leadership or standalone role.
- Previous experience within a multi\-site business or group reporting structure, ideally.
- An understanding of service charges, although this is not essential.
- Strong systems knowledge and confidence using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents at all levels.
- The ability to identify process improvements and implement practical solutions.
- An AAT qualification or substantial relevant experience gained within a similar role.
