Join us as an Inclusion Consultant
- Act as an Inclusion subject matter expert, helping to shape the bank's Inclusion priorities and delivering initiatives that support meaningful change across the organisation
- Use internal and external insight, research and partnerships to inform strategic priorities, benchmark progress and identify future opportunities
- Play an important role in delivering the bank's Inclusion strategy, helping strengthen an inclusive culture, supporting business decision\-making and driving positive outcomes for colleagues, customers and communities

In this role, you'll help shape and deliver the bank's Inclusion strategy, translating strategic priorities into practical actions and sustainable outcomes. Using market insight and evidence\-based recommendations, you'll proactively identify and manage inclusion related risks, ensuring activity remains aligned to the bank's purpose, behaviours and regulatory obligations.
Working closely with senior leaders, the People function and business stakeholders, you'll embed inclusive considerations into how we operate, make decisions and serve our customers. We'll look to you to help foster an inclusive culture where colleagues can thrive and support the delivery of inclusive products and services.
Your work will focus on:
- Acting as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert on inclusion, helping embed inclusion and accessibility considerations into business decisions, policies, processes and colleague experiences
- Building strong relationships with business leaders, centres of expertise, suppliers, networks, external partners and industry organisations
- Leading and contributing to strategic projects that strengthen inclusion and accessibility and improve colleague and customer outcomes
- Using data, management information and external insight to identify opportunities and inform future priorities
- Coaching and influencing stakeholders across the organisation, providing expert guidance on inclusion related activity
- Measuring impact, assessing risks and using evidence to drive continuous improvement
- Supporting the design of inclusive and accessible products, processes and services

We're looking for a commercially minded Inclusion Consultant who can influence how inclusion is embedded across the organisation. You'll bring a strong understanding of reputation management, employment law and the UK Equality Act, alongside experience in change, process improvement and organisational transformation.
You'll use your consulting and relationship building skills to support effective decision making, drive accountability and support meaningful outcomes. You'll also be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships across internal and external networks.
You'll demonstrate:
- Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry
- Knowledge of employment legislation, accessibility and inclusion principles
- Knowledge of organisational development, human resources, culture change or employee relations
- Experience influencing customer propositions and service design
- Experience proactively managing risk, compliance and reputational issues within a complex organisation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
