home)
Job type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £26,500 per annum + commission (OTE: £38,000)
Job responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls and responding to online enquiries,understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriatelyto make a sale
- Conduct calls in line with company call quality framework
- Identifying and acting on selling, up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintaining and developing a rapport with existing and new customers via telephone calls and online
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Reviewing own sales performance and aiming to meet /exceed company targets and personal KPIs
- Managing own pipeline of opportunities to close
- Responding to leads in a timely manner
- Driven, ambitious, with proven sales experience in telephone sales, in a fast-paced environment. Preferred minimum 3 years' experience
- Outstanding customer focus
- Accurate keyboard skills and previous experience of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- A professional telephone manner
- A target-driven, dynamic approach
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer care
- Ability to work on own initiative and also be an excellent team player
