Criminal Solicitor – Warrington

A new opportunity has arisen for a Criminal/Duty Solicitor to join a renowned Criminal Defence team in Warrington, with a strong commitment to access to justice. The role will involve representing clients at police stations, managing a varied criminal defence caseload and undertaking advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court.

Applicants should be qualified Solicitors with at least one year's PQE in criminal law and hold a Police Station Representative qualification. Strong advocacy, communication and case management skills are essential, together with the ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines and remain calm under pressure. Criminal Litigation Accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential.
