In-House Social Media Manager with Gymnastics Experience

We are seeking a dynamic and creative In\-House Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our online presence across various platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and fostering positive relationships with our audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing and brand communication to contribute to our organisation's growth and visibility.

This is an in\-house Social Media role, combining content creation with digital marketing and creativity to support brand growth and improve market reach. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching gymnastics and providing direction for gymnastics content.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals


• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics


• Monitor social media channels for customer engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster community interaction


• Analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly


• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach efforts


• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our online presence innovative and competitive


• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to optimise reach and engagement

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns


• Background in teaching gymnastics and leading gymnastics related social media campaigns


• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences


• Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within digital platforms


• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar software


• Analytical skills to interpret data from analytics platforms like Google Analytics or native social media insights


• Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines


• Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling techniques

• Basic photography, videography, or editing skills (e.g. Canva, CapCut)


• Experience in social media management or content creation


• Confident using platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook


• Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment


• Reliable, punctual, and professional


• Understanding of branding and digital engagement strategies


• Enhanced DBS

• Access to your own professional camera and filming equipment


• Interest in sports, fitness, gymnastics, or youth programmes

Pay: £17,160\.00\-£21,850\.00 per year
