What you’ll be doing
As an Implementation Associate, you’ll support the onboarding of new customers onto our payroll software, helping them get up and running successfully.
- Supporting end-to-end implementation projects from initial setup through to delivery
- Working closely with customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the process
- Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines
- Setting up systems, transferring client data, and ensuring everything is accurate
- Testing solutions and validating data to make sure it matches client requirements
- Joining customer calls, including scoping sessions, training, and software demos
- Creating clear documentation and supporting handovers to operational teams
- Learning and applying payroll processes and legislation (full training provided)
This role is designed to give you real career-building experience from day one:
- Practical project management experience (using tools like Asana)
- Exposure to customer-facing work and stakeholder communication
- Hands-on experience with data handling, systems, and software
- A strong foundation in SaaS and implementation projects
- Training in payroll, legislation, and system setup
- A recent graduate or someone early in their career
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Confident communicator, with a willingness to speak to customers
- A keen eye for detail, especially when working with data
- Interest in technology, systems, or how software works behind the scenes
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills
