The Role

• Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests


• Handling incoming calls and email enquiries


• Maintaining immaculate reception and meeting room areas


• Coordinating refreshments and hospitality for meetings


• Supporting day-to-day office administration


• Assisting the wider operations team as required

• Experience within corporate reception, premium hospitality or customer-facing environments


• Well-presented, polished and approachable


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask


• Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach


• Confident communicator with excellent phone manner
