Deloitte’s Technology Programme Delivery (TPD) team operates at the forefront of large\-scale technology\-enabled transformation programmes across a wide range of industries. Our clients engage us to collaborate on solving complex challenges, from delivering cutting\-edge digital solutions and implementing enterprise\-wide systems to driving innovation through technologies such as cloud, automation, and AI.
Deloitte’s Investment Management and Wealth practice is actively engaged across the industry to support delivering a wide range of operational, technical, and regulatory solutions designed to help the players across the value chain create a competitive advantage and achieve their growth ambitions. Our practice works closely with leading Private Banks, Wealth Managers, Asset Managers and Asset Servicing firms to solve large complex problems, with a particular emphasis on optimising and transforming back\-office operations.

With an Integration Engineer and/or an Integration Leads role, you will have broad remit of responsibilities, working with customers to deliver innovative solutions. Deloitte Integration practitioners have a highly collaborative and client\-facing role, covering the delivery lifecycle and working closely with agile delivery teams to ensure services provided meet the needs of the clients. You will apply your delivery and technical skills to produce quality solutions for clients wishing to harness the power of integration solutions to solve complex business problems.
As an Integration Engineer and/or Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required scope and quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimise impact on project delivery.
- Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and clients, through regular reports and meetings.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables, and facilitating effective decision\-making.
- Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet defined standards and business requirements, and managing the change control process.
The following are the core skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
- Hands\-on experience in multiple Integration and cloud technologies (Mulesoft, Dell boomi, Amazon web services, Microsoft Azure etc.)
- Experience of Integration Engineer or developer role for 2\+ projects, or more than 6 months on a client equivalent role
- Experience in competencies such as IT assessments, solution architecture and options, Business case development
- Experience in leading technical workshops with the client
- Good Understanding of broad set of market leading technologies
- Experience in Java / C\+ / Python
- Experience using AWS / Google Cloud
- A current integration technology certification
- Consultancy experience
- Experience working with DevOps
- Experience in Agile delivery and Agile techniques, such as Scrum and Kanban.

This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
