The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and business expansion, CCP HVAC is looking to recruit an experienced and driven HVAC Installation \& Service Engineer to join our dedicated team in Hertfordshire.

The Role

Operating primarily across Hertfordshire, the Home Counties, and inside the M25, you will handle the frontline execution of our installation and servicing contracts.

• Systems Integration: Install, pipe up, pressure test, and commission a variety of air conditioning systems, with a heavy focus on VRF/VRV and Split systems.


• Maintenance \& Service: Conduct routine servicing, reactive maintenance, and fault\-finding diagnostics to ensure peak system efficiency for our clients.


• Compliance: Ensure all work meets strict F\-Gas regulations, health and safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.


• Client Facing: Act as a professional representative of CCP HVAC on site, delivering clear communication and excellent customer service.

• Technical Experience: Proven, hands\-on experience in the installation, wiring, and commissioning of VRF and split air conditioning systems.


• Qualifications: Valid F\-Gas Category 1 certificate is highly desirable. Relevant NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration \& Air Conditioning is an advantage.


• Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (essential for utilizing the company van).


• Location: Based in or around Hertfordshire, with a total willingness to travel to sites inside the M25 and surrounding Home Counties.
