HVAC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Gas Boiler Maintenance Servicing \& Repairs


• General plumbing duties


• Install, maintain \& repair a large range of mechanical, plumbing HVAC plant and equipment


• Proven ability to diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment including hot (DHW) and cold water systems, LPHW/LTHW systems, pressurisation units, pump sets.


• Carry out Preventive and predictive maintenance works.


• Maintain PPM \& Reactive maintenance records electronically and written where required.


• Follow instructions and update records by verbal, written \& electronic means.


• Ability to quote reactive and recommended repairs.


• Adhere to our Health \& Safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment.


• Respond to Out of Hours and Emergency Service Requests.

• Candidate Requirements


• Do you have \+3yrs Experience (National Craft Certification)?


• Do you have FGAS Certification?


• Do you have a full Clean Driving Licence?


• Do you have aptitude for process awareness, diagnostic/trouble shooting experience?


• Are you a good team player that can use their initiative?


• Do you have excellent written and oral communication skills, Computer skills essential?


• Are you compliant with Health \& Safety legislation?


• Can you do“On\-Call” work in hours and out of hours?


• Do you have Safe Pass \& MEWP Licence?
