The Team
- An international team (with more than 40 nationalities) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors
- Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.
- Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M\&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)
Location: Lyon, France
Duration: 6 months
Start Date : July 2026
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our HR team in Lyon, France. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in a global investment firm, working closely with our teams across France, the US, Singapore, and Tokyo.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the performance review process (feedback collection, meeting organization, preparation of materials/content, ..)
- Supporting recruitment processes
- Supporting content creation for trainings and onboarding
- Support onboarding logistics for new joiners
- Helping coordinate the training plan and organize training sessions
- Supporting the ARCHIMED ACADEMY project
- Helping prepare presentations and HR materials
- Supporting HR documentation and process updates (training, onboarding and performance process)
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR, Business School, Psychology, Management or related field)
- Strong interest in Human Resources, talent development, and organizational processes
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with international teams
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements
- High attention to detail and rigor in execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (international environment)
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), some knowledge on content creation is plus
- A 6\-month internship starting in July 2026 within a leading global healthcare investment firm
- A highly international and dynamic environment (38\+ nationalities across offices in Europe, North America, and Asia)
- Direct exposure to HR processes across onboarding, training, recruitment, performance management, and employee development
- Hands\-on experience working closely with international teams (France, US, Singapore, Tokyo)
