Human Resources Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Duties

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.


• Manage recruitment processes using ATS systems such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft to attract top talent.


• Oversee onboarding programmes and employee development initiatives.


• Supervise HR team members, providing guidance and support in daily operations.


• Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data management.


• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and inform decision\-making related to workforce planning.


• Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.


• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across all HR activities.


• Design and deliver presentations on HR policies, benefits, and organisational updates to staff at all levels.


• Manage employee relations issues, mediating conflicts effectively and professionally.

• Proven management experience within human resources, with supervising experience preferred.


• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo.


• Experience with ATS systems for recruitment purposes.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging diverse audiences.


• Proficiency in data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and trends accurately.


• Familiarity with human resources management practices and employment legislation in the UK.


• Demonstrated presentation skills for delivering training sessions and organisational updates effectively.
