Human Resources Manager
We are looking for a hands\-on, proactive HR Manager to support and grow our Northern Europe countries (UK, Netherlands, Belgium and Sweden), with potential to expand the team.
This is a true HR generalist role with broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance, development, and HR operations.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly day\-to\-day, while also contributing to regional HR initiatives and projects, including the implementation of new HRIS and payroll system.
The role will be based in Chiswick, London initially, with a planned move to Dorking in late Q3/early Q4\. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office, 3 days from home. Additionally, this role requires travel to the offices in Belgium, Netherlands and Sweden at least once a quarter.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being operationally close to the business, while also stepping into strategic thinking and continuous improvement when needed.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations \& Employee Lifecycle:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR matters across the region
- Manage end\-to\-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, exits)
- Ensure accurate and compliant HR administration across multiple countries
- Maintain and improve HR policies, processes, and documentation
- Own and deliver recruitment across the region
- Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, sourcing and selection
- Drive a consistent and positive candidate experience
- Advise and support managers on performance, engagement and employee relations topics
- Handle ER cases with a pragmatic, compliant and people\-focused approach
- Build strong relationships with local leadership teams
- Support development initiatives and training delivery
- Identify development needs and contribute to learning strategies
- Help drive a culture of growth and continuous feedback
- Support the administration of benefits across multiple countries
- Process monthly payroll with payroll providers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement of processes
- Play an active role in HRIS and payroll system transitions and optimisation
- Support data integrity, reporting and HR analytics
- Contribute to broader HR projects and regional initiatives

- Solid experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a multi\-country environment
- Strong operational mindset with a willingness to be hands\-on
- Ability to balance day\-to\-day execution with broader HR thinking
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where needed
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Additional European languages are a plus, not a requirement
