Hub Host
Help Build a New Kind of Community
The Grace Network is a series of place\-based hubs, blending social enterprise with community transformation and reimagining how people live, work and belong together. These hubs ensure that financial success fuels deeper social impact, reinvesting surplus revenue into local initiatives, increasing staff pay, and providing essential goods and services at accessible rates.
We have three hubs across Gloucestershire based in The Old Department Store (Cirencester), Brimscombe Mill (Stroud) and Aston Down. Each site has its own unique style and atmosphere but all supporting the community.
We are looking for an exceptional Hub Host to lead and steward The Old Department Store. This is not a traditional venue manager or facilities role. It is an opportunity to shape the culture, impact and daily life of a thriving community ecosystem.
