From an employee perspective the department are responsible for managing the employee lifecycle encompassing on\-boarding, training and payroll whilst also overseeing employee benefits and policy.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of HR systems, including processing new starters, movers, leavers, and in\-life contractual changes in a timely manner

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR records and systems

  • Deliver consistently against agreed HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Respond to HR queries, including reference requests, policy queries, HR Self\-Service queries, and absence/occupational health queries

  • Produce monthly and ad hoc HR reports

  • Support Business Partners and the Payroll Advisor as required Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and personal conduct in line with Ayvens values

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to operate independently

  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Show a proactive approach, using initiative to identify and support process improvements

  • Take ownership of tasks and follow through to resolution
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a fast\-paced HR environment (desirable but not essential)

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Strong problem\-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships
