HR Summer Trainee

InnoWave is looking for a proactive and curious HR Summer Trainee to join our People \& Culture team in Lisbon. This is your entry point into the world of HR, a hands\-on summer experience where you’ll learn fast, contribute from day one, and get real exposure to how People \& Culture operates inside a tech\-driven environment.

Responsabilities:

• Support the execution of HR initiatives and ongoing People programs


• Keep employee records updated and help build simple reports to support decision\-making


• Assist with administrative tasks like vacation tracking, leaves, and employee requests


• Help communicate internal policies and ensure employees understand key procedures


• Support benefits management (health insurance, mobile plans, enrollments, renewals)


• Assist in managing contracts, including internships and related documentation


• Provide support in insurance processes (incident reporting, renewals, coverage)


• Work with HR systems, helping maintain and optimize day\-to\-day operations

Skills:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field


• Basic knowledge of Portuguese labor law, contracts, and social security processes


• Comfortable with Office 365, especially Excel


• Analytical mindset with attention to detail


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• High sense of responsibility and professional ethics


• Fluent in English (mandatory)
