What you’ll achieve in the role
The overall purpose of this role is to deliver an engaging employee experience by providing high\-quality support to employees and managers whilst coordinating operational processes across our employee journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- To provide high quality first\-line support to employees and managers across the employee journey, ensuring timely resolution of policy, procedure, and system\-related queries.
- To coordinate our employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment and on\-boarding, contractual changes, learning \& development, and leavers, within required timelines.
- To manage payroll and benefits administration.
- To manage our HR systems and records, ensuring compliance with GDPR retention schedule, audit readiness, and data integrity.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Experience of administering operational HR processes and procedures.
- Experience of HR analytics and reporting (e.g. sickness absence and voluntary turnover) including use of Excel and producing reports from an HR database
- Sound knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll management, and benefits administration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills across different levels of the organisation, polite and assertive.
- Strong written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.
- An eye for detail and spotting where we can make improvements to our procedures.
