What you'll do

Employee Support \& Query Resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day\-to\-day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Guide and support employees in navigating internal HR systems for personal data updates, training requests, and technical troubleshooting.
- Utilise case management tools to log, track, and resolve employee queries in strict accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
HR Administration \& System Management
- Execute end\-to\-end administrative processes, including contractual document processing, absence management, general correspondence, and office administration tasks.
- Review and approve employee\-led system requests, such as name changes and personal data updates within our internal HR systems.
Compliance \& Operational Excellence
- Maintain strict adherence to internal processing deadlines, payroll schedules, and system downtime protocols.
- What you'll need
- A background handling administrative operations in a high\-volume, dynamic environment, with a demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Prior experience in customer\-facing roles, with a proven track record of handling inquiries, managing complaints with empathy, and de\-escalating challenging situations professionally.
- Strong experience in data\-heavy roles, with sharp attention to detail when processing, verifying, and maintaining large volumes of sensitive information accurately.

- €37,500 rising to €51,000 after 3 years
- 20 days holidays per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
