Priory Hospital Enfield is looking to recruit a HR \& Resourcing Lead to join the team. This is afull time 37\.5 hours role.
Located in Edmonton, North London, Priory Hospital Enfield offers acute and secure services for adult males and females. We have two medium secure wards, one low secure and one acute ward.
We offer specialist mental health care to people who are unwell and are considered to be unable to look after themselves in the community. We offer specialist assessment, treatment and care to patients with severe mental illness, complex needs and people who require an environment with security and safety.
Priory’s acute and PICU services aim to allow more people to be treated closer to home and we support the NHS to repatriate out\-of\-area patients back to local areas.### What you'll be doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day\-to\-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.* Work closely with Senior Management team and Heads of Departments to help define and develop avenues and methods of attracting new candidates of the highest quality to the site.
- Work closely with the Central Talent Acquisition team to agree recruitment methods
- Ensure that recruitment process is adhered to and candidates are screened by the appropriate managers in a timely manner Onboarding
- Working in conjunction with Central Onboarding team to ensure offered candidates are processed and onboarded in a timely and effective manner

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship\-building skills, with excellent attention to detail. Working towards a CIPD qualification would be ideal but is not essential. They will have previous experience coordinating HR activities within a corporate environment, ideally within the healthcare sector, although this is not essential.
