Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented HR, Recruitment \& Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage a wide range of human resources functions, oversee recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Responsibilities
- Manage and update HR information systems , and ATS platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate recruitment activities by posting job openings , screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking records.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires by preparing documentation, , and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Maintain compliance documentation by monitoring regulatory requirements, preparing reports, and supporting audits related to human resources policies.
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, maintaining employee records, and managing correspondence via email or internal communication tools.
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve processes related to employee engagement, compliance tracking, and record management.
- End to End Employee Lifecycle
- Proven experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong understanding of human resources principles, employment laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and administrative support within fast\-paced environments.
- Proven experience in providing general HR advice and coaching managers
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
