HR recruitment and development officer

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented HR Recruiter to join our company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet our organisational needs. This position requires a strong understanding of human resource and employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. As a HR officer, you will utilise various platforms and tools to enhance our recruitment efforts. A training background is desirable with having overseen training matrix's and planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.


• Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, facilitating offers and inductions into the business.


• Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through social media management and networking.


• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.


• Maintain accurate records of candidate training and interactions


• Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.

Skills

• Proven experience in human resources or recruitment roles.


• HR background with a knowledge of employment law. (additional support will be provided)


• Familiarity with lead generation techniques and social media management for sourcing candidates.


• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.


• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
