HR Recruitment Administrator
HR Recruitment Administrator \- Home working, with travel to team days in Taunton (usually one day a week).
£30,000 per annum, 37 hours per week.

We help all sorts of businesses with their HR, Recruitment and Payroll needs, and our customers love us so much so that our client base has doubled in the last 6 months and is set to increase again \- and so are we!
We were lucky enough to find Issy during our last round of recruitment, and now we're looking for someone new to bring a different element as we grow, with opportunities for you to grow with us too.
Key Duties and Responsibilities (the nitty gritty):
- Co\-ordinate and administer the recruitment and selection process to ensure we deliver a smooth, efficient and high\-quality service for our customers
- Create and post engaging job adverts and job descriptions across different recruitment platforms
- Support recruiting managers throughout the hiring journey, including scheduling interviews, assisting with shortlisting and keeping things moving seamlessly behind the scenes
- Build positive relationships with candidates and deliver the kind of candidate experience people genuinely remember for the right reasons
- Ensure all pre\-employment checks and onboarding documentation are completed accurately, creating a welcoming and organised onboarding experience for every new starter
- Help our customers remain fully compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements, including Single Central Record requirements in schools and CQC standards
- Build meaningful relationships with our key stakeholders/customers \- our relationships with them are hugely important to us
- Deal with day\-to\-day recruitment queries with the support of the team
- Produce offer letters, contracts, contract variations and undertake other general administration tasks
- Juggle multiple inboxes, priorities and deadlines with calmness, organisation and grace!
- Work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a supportive team \- we believe flexibility should work both ways (school pick\-ups, appointments and the occasional brunch date included)
- You’re proud of your proven track record of being an amazing administrator – in the words of Mark Owen you “Shiiiiiiiine”
- You feel confident speaking on the phone and reflect carefully about what you want to say
- You are comfortable working autonomously but will have the support of an amazing team wrapped around you
