Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet organisational needs. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Duties
- Lead generation: utilise various channels including social media management and online job boards to identify potential candidates.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to organise and track recruitment activities efficiently.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for roles across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilise HRIS systems to update candidate information and generate recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted job descriptions.
- Manage social media platforms to promote vacancies and enhance employer branding.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating smooth integration of new hires.
- Stay informed about industry best practices in human resources and recruitment strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft.
- Experience with HRIS platforms like HRIS systems or similar tools for data management.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques specific to talent acquisition, including social media management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast\-paced environment.
- Relationship management skills to build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
