What are you going to do?

Ensure efficient and compliant HR and office operations by supporting employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, administrative workflows, and local office management activities.

  • Manage HR administration activities including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee documentation

  • Support payroll and benefits coordination with external providers

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems (Personio)

  • Handle leave administration, reimbursements, and operational HR support tasks

  • Support office operations including suppliers, facilities, and administrative coordination

  • Track invoices, expenses, and other office\-related administrative processes

  • Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR and office\-related questions

  • Support internal processes, compliance activities, and team engagement initiatives

About you
-------------
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or office operations roles

  • Exposure to payroll coordination, contracts, and employee administration

  • Strong attention to detail and structured way of working

  • Comfortable handling operational and administrative tasks in a fast\-paced environment

  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. Personio) and good Excel skills

  • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)

  • Proactive, reliable, and service\-oriented mindset

  • Experience in an international or multi\-country environment is a plus
