About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and results\-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR function, driving process efficiency and supporting our team members. This is a full\-time, permanent role offering hybrid working and excellent flexibility.
Background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 2\-3 years’ experience in a HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity.
- Excellent administration skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Support: Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to employees and managers on all HR matters.
- Process Ownership: Take full ownership of ongoing improvements to HR processes and workflows.
- Policy Development: Contribute to creating and implementing HR policies that support employee growth and engagement.
- Data Analytics: Analyse HR data to identify trends, make informed recommendations, and improve overall HR effectiveness.
- Strategic Initiatives: Play an active role in HR initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals.
- Compliance Management: Stay informed of and ensure total compliance with all relevant employment legislation.
