The practice requires an Experienced Administrator / Bookkeeper to manage day\-to\-day bookkeeping operations, statutory compliance deadlines, and company secretarial administration. The successful candidate will work alongside our senior team to ensure the accurate and efficient execution of all administrative and financial duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping \& Financial Administration: Execute day\-to\-day bookkeeping functions, maintain ledger accounts, and perform reconciliations.

  • Compliance Management: Monitor, track, and meet all financial, statutory, and regulatory compliance deadlines.

  • Company Secretarial Works: Prepare and submit statutory returns, maintain company registers, and administer corporate secretarial filings.

  • Company Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing professional communications, client documentation, and general administrative files.

  • Team Collaboration: Assist and collaborate with the existing team to maintain workflow efficiency across the practice.
Required Skills \& Experience
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced, demonstrable skills in Sage 50, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word are essential for this role.

  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in a dedicated bookkeeping and administrative capacity, preferably within a professional services or practice environment.

  • Technical Knowledge: A sound understanding of corporate compliance deadlines, basic tax administration, and company secretarial procedures.

  • Core Competencies: Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and a professional communication manner.
Remuneration \& Benefits
  • Salary €45,000 per annum

  • Employer Pension Contribution of 6% of Salary per annum

  • Health Insurance BIK up to €1,500/annum

  • Gym Membership up to €660/annum
