We're Britteco Ltd, trading as LV Fuel Services — a specialist fuel tank services company based in Banbury, looking after domestic and commercial clients right across the UK. We're a tight\-knit team that takes pride in doing things properly, and we're now on the hunt for an organised, dependable HR \& Office Manager to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The role
This is a varied, hands\-on role that blends HR administration with the day\-to\-day running of our office. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our team, and a trusted right\-hand to management — looking after everything from onboarding and compliance through to office supplies and supplier contracts.

What you'll be doing
People \& HR
- Looking after all HR admin — contracts, employee files, starter and leaver processes, disciplinaries, and the employee handbook
- Onboarding new starters end\-to\-end: documentation, inductions, BrightHR setup, and IT equipment
- Keeping track of annual leave, sick leave, probation reviews, and training across BrightHR and ServiceM8
- Liaising with Peninsula on any employee relations matters
- Keeping us GDPR\-compliant across employee records and internal systems
- Supporting our ISO 9001:2015 standards, participating in the implementation of new standards
- Completing subcontractor questionnaires (basic and finance info) and documentation sharing
- Managing fuel cards and running monthly spend checks
- Reviewing supplier and subcontractor contracts annually and keeping an eye on performance, documentation
- Keeping the office well\-stocked, tidy, and well\-maintained — supplies, kitchen, servicing, the lot
- Answering the office line and pointing enquiries in the right direction
- Helping the team with general office tasks and the occasional basic IT query
- Experience in HR admin, office management, or a similar combined role
- Brilliant organisational skills — you're great at juggling priorities without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with HR systems and business platforms (BrightHR or ServiceM8 experience is a real plus)
- A working knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and ideally Sponsorship Licence compliance
- Discreet, reliable, and a safe pair of hands with sensitive information
- Happy to roll your sleeves up — this isn't a desk\-only role

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
