Knit\&Knots is a growing handmade lifestyle and gifting brand with multiple retail locations across London.

We are looking for an experienced Part\-Time HR Manager to join our growing team and take responsibility for our day\-to\-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, interviews and onboarding

  • Manage employee attendance, holidays and absence

  • Support staff performance and disciplinary matters

  • Handle employee communication and HR issues

  • Maintain HR records and documentation

  • Ensure HR practices comply with UK employment regulations

  • Develop and improve HR policies and procedures

  • Support the management team with HR\-related matters

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in HR management

  • Good knowledge of UK employment practices

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Confident handling employee issues

  • Proactive, practical and responsible

  • Retail or multi\-site business experience is a plus

Pay: £13\.00\-£15\.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
