HR Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence organisational culture and optimise HR processes across the organisation. The HR Manager will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring that the organisation attracts and retains top talent. A strong background in HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo is essential, alongside excellent management and communication skills.
Duties
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee recruitment processes using ATS platforms such as Taleo or Workday to attract suitable candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding programmes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Supervise performance appraisal systems and facilitate employee development initiatives.
- Maintain and update HRIS databases including PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar systems for accurate data management.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements in HR policies and practices.
- Lead employee relations efforts to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
- Provide guidance on management practices and supervise HR team members.
- Prepare reports and deliver presentations on HR metrics for senior management.
