Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.

  • Supervise HR team members and coordinate their activities to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.

  • Analyse HR data using data analysis skills to identify trends and recommend improvements.

  • Conduct performance appraisals, manage employee relations, and address workplace issues effectively.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to leadership teams and staff.

  • Utilise Xero for payroll, benefits administration, and reporting purposes.
Experience
  • Proven management experience within human resources or related fields.

  • Supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse teams successfully.

  • Extensive knowledge of human resources practices, employment legislation, and organisational policies

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.

  • Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent presentation skills for delivering training sessions and strategic updates.

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
