Your missions
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for the company, ensuring that HR strategies, policies, and practices support the institution's business objectives and comply with applicable labor laws and financial industry regulations. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and regulatory compliance.
Working closely with senior management, the HR manager will contribute to maintaining a strong ethical and professional company culture and a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
The responsabilities includes, among others:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding by identifying staffing needs, leading recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth integration of new employees.
- Oversee HR administration and compliance, including employee records, contracts, payroll coordination, and adherence to employment laws and financial sector regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Lead talent and performance management, including performance reviews, training and development initiatives, and employee retention programs.
- Manage employee relations and engagement by advising managers and employees on HR matters, handling disciplinary issues and grievances, and promoting employee well\-being and engagement.

Your ideal profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; a professional HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an asset.
- Minimum of 8\+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated sectors.
- Solid knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Hands\-on, proactive, and able to work independently in a small to medium\-sized company environment, combining strategic thinking with operational execution.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality, with excellent organizational and problem\-solving skills.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project

- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
